When you don’t know what you need apart from HELP!
When planting something fresh in the garden, you might you know exactly what you need (seeds, soil, time and a cute silver spray bottle). But, when it comes to communications and brand - while you can clearly see the glorious vision of success - you have no idea what you need, no idea where to start, no idea who to call and certainly no idea about how any of this copywriting, branding, story-telling, singing dancing marketing chicken-nugget-meme-fluff even flippin’ works?!
Did you just say chicken nugget-meme-fluff? Pull it together, we got this! Because what I can guess is that, even if you have no idea what you need, you do know what you want.

But also, you want to establish a strong brand. You want to effectively launch a new campaign around a product, service of event. You want to start a conversation around a universally important idea. You want to simplify an esoteric, complex topic so everyday people will finally understand the value of quantum theory in relation to the chemicals they use to shine their leather boots (possibly a thing).

Creating compelling, audience-lead written communication is my highest calling, and here’s my secret. With every project, I get to the core, interrogate the gaps, shake it up and make every piece of content created under your brand resemble something human (through words, not cloning). Whether you’re well-seasoned with a brief, or a complete newbie to this stuff, my process works from the ground up, and is always collaborative. I get to know you and your brand to understand exactly what you want so I can effectively deliver exactly what you need; safely and bang-on time (without exploiting any delivery drivers).
We can work together on a freelance, contract or consultancy basis. I can up-skill and empower individual team members, and facilitate exploratory strategy and content-planning workshops with larger groups. What I currently cannot do is surf, but I’m guessing that’s not relevant.
